I bought a marble necklace at Joyce’s Craft Shop on March 25, 2013 – Celtic design of 2 dark green marble and 2 light green marble pieces. The bottom dark green piece fell out on the first wearing last Friday. I didn’t notice it until I got home from work, so no idea where it fell out or where it may be. I’m just sick about it. It was such a lovely piece of jewelry and a nice souvenir of our visit. What can be done about it? Can I send it to you for repair or replacement? We live in Wisconsin in the USA, so no chance of our stopping in to see you. Thank you in advance for your help.
