Sean O’Farrell, a native of Clifden, has many years of experience as a nature guide as well as an extensive knowledge of the local flora and fauna. Sean was a founding member of the Beanna Beola Hill Walking Club (1997) and has been active as a walking leader and organiser within the club. He qualified as a Fáilte Ireland marine and countryside approved guide in 2011 and the following year as a trained mountain leader. Alongside Sean’s guiding activities, he works as a fly fishing teacher at Ballynahinch Castle.
