Car: Clifden is easily reached by the N59 from Galway or Westport. Access to Galway from Dublin is by our major new motorway the N6. From Shannon use the N18/N6 – see our map page.

Coach: Regular bus services connect Clifden with Galway city, Dublin and the rest of Ireland. CityLink (091-564163) offer regular direct service between Galway City and Dublin Airport, and daily services from Galway to Clifden. Bus Eireann (091-562000) also provides service between Clifden and Galway City.

Train: Galway city is linked by regular Rail/Train services to Heuston Station, Dublin. Dublin Airport offers regular coach service to Heuston Station. www.irishrail.ie
