Red Bull Cliff Diving Ireland, Inis Mór @ Inis Mór
Jun 24 all-day

After a three-year hiatus, rugged Inis Mór, the largest of the Arran Islands, returns to the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series schedule as the 2017 series opener. The amazing Serpent’s Lair diving site – a naturally-formed, perfectly-rectangular blowhole – creates a stunning but extremely intimidating backdrop. It’ll be a stern test for the world’s best high divers, as they look to start their seasons in style and show they have what it takes to topple six-time Cliff Diving champion Gary Hunt, the last winner at the Serpent’s Lair.

In order to host the Red Bull Cliff Diving event, the location must meet a rigorous set of conditions, which we are very fortunate to have on Inis Mór. However, the event location is isolated and the transport infrastructure on the island is limited. Therefore, transport delays on the island are likely and we would appreciate your patience in this regard. The unique nature of this event and site is worth the inconvenience!

Please note that you must be over 16 years of age to attend the event
